Classic Farmhouse Christmas Tablescape with Dried Orange Accents
Today on the blog, I am excited to be sharing our dining room and the cozy, classic farmhouse Christmas tablescape I put together this week! If you follow me over on Instagram, you may remember me going on a wild goose chase for a vintage green drinking glass this week! And it was all for this very space y’all!
I knew I wanted to create a really simple and classic look! So I started with this faux greenery running down the center of the table, and dried orange slice accents! Did you catch the DIY for these? You can read all the “how to” steps on how to dry orange slices to use in your Christmas decor here in [this post]. When I added in the ribbon, I knew I was getting closer to the look I wanted!
Brass candle sticks with white taper candles complete the centerpiece design for the tablescape. How fun are these for the holidays? Just enough shine to make it feel fancy, and just enough patina and wear to make your heart flutter!
Also, fun fact: the green glassware is actually from my wedding! We collected mismatched china and glassware for 150 and there are days I wish I had kept it all!! Especially for fun tablescape like this… I tried my best to shoot from the right angles, but if you look closely you may be able to see that I’m still one glass short! Maybe I’ll get lucky and find that 6th one soon and then I can add it to this space…
This cozy, classic farmhouse Christmas tablescape has brought me so much joy already! I love creating looks like this in our home, and I find it very therapeutic like a form of art! So I hope it brings you some joy as well, and a little inspiration for your home too! Thanks for stopping by the blog today, and as always, thank you so much for following along…
