Today on the blog, I rounded up over 30 beautiful, swan planter pot finds! I included a good mix of “new”, vintage-inspired swan planters and “old”, antique and vintage swan planter pots, and I can’t wait for you to see all my finds below.
Today’s post is partly inspired by my “new-to-me” vintage ceramic swan planter I picked up at our local Good Will the other day! Y’all I got a deal on this find!! Can you believe this little guy was only $3.99? I’ll eventually add a plant to this little swan planter pot, but for now I’ve been enjoying him sitting on the shelves in the living room.
The other inspiration for today’s post comes from the bird family who made a home in my watering can last week. It was my intention to clean out all the twigs and leaves days ago, but now there’s a full blown nest with eggs and everything! I guess I won’t be watering any plants with that watering can for a while. I can’t complain though… It’s been a treat to show the nest and the eggs to my two kiddos! And it even helped inspire me to write this post!!
Something Old, Something New
If you’re new here, welcome to “Something Old, Something New” here on whiteandwoodgrain.com! Inspired by my love for all things vintage and antique, this blog series is kind of like a play on the old wedding tradition “something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue”. Which just happens to be one of my favorite wedding traditions!
I launched this blog series as a fun way to share some of my favorite finds with you here on the blog! Each post in this series will feature antique and vintage finds, alongside new antique-inspired finds. If you share my passion for the good old stuff, and you’ve never been to an antique shop you didn’t like… then this series was made for you!
Vintage-Inspired & Vintage Swan Planter Finds
Ok, let’s dive into these swan planter finds!! All the swan planters in this post are a mix of vintage and antique finds, alongside new, antique-inspired finds! There are some smaller white ceramic swans and some large outdoor concrete swan planters, and a little bit of everything in between.
Shopping online for vintage & antique finds can be fun and easy if you know where to look! Though sometimes you want the look of an antique item, but not the price tag. And oftentimes the new, antique-inspired finds can be just as beautiful as the original! I personally love to blend the old with the new in our farmhouse. See if you can spot all the new and old finds below…
I hope you enjoyed today’s post, and I hope it brought a little inspiration to your scroll today!
