Y’all… I am so so so excited to be revealing this space to you today on the blog! This room has been many things since we first moved into the farmhouse… First it was Jake’s office space, then for a while it was the playroom, and more recently we have been using it as both a guest bedroom and an office space for me to work on all things White & Woodgrain! It’s the very space where I sat to write this post and many other posts here on the blog, and it’s all decked out for Christmastime!! I present to you this classic red Christmas bedroom fit for Santa himself…
One of my favorite ways add Christmas cheer to a bedroom is by switching out the bedding! I love a cozy quilt, and flannel sheets are a winter time must for me! The sheets are from Target, but this pattern is currently unavailable. So I’ve linked a few others that I liked from Target below!
The red and white quilt is another one that can be hard to find online, but it does occasionally come back in stock. Currently the red is unavailable. It’s made by Calvin Klein (we purchased it at Home Goods a year ago) and it is the nicest, thickest, best quality quilt I’ve ever owned! We also have the same quilt in pink in my daughter’s room! It does come in many colors, and I have been eyeing the hunter green for a while! I think the hunter green could be great for Christmas! If you love the look of these quilts, be sure to check out this post where I shared over 30+ heirloom red and white quilt finds! Oh and the folded quilt draped at the foot of the bed is a family heirloom piece that my great grandmother on my Dad’s side made!
It wouldn’t be Christmas without a tree or two… or three! I added three trees to this space. One on both sides of the bed, and one on the DIY serving tray I placed on the bed! The tray was actually a DIY and you can read the full post by clicking [this link].
The last touch for this space is my milk and cookie tray! No bedroom “fit for Santa” himself would be complete without milk and cookies! We’re ready for ya Santa…
The “Santa’s Milk” candle is from Stroud Simply Southern! Her “Christmas Tree Farm” scent is just the icing on the cake… or the pine in the air in this case! I love the “milk jar” and I think it just fit so perfectly in this space!
I hope you enjoyed seeing our classic red Christmas bedroom this year! And maybe in the new year I’ll share more of the “office” side of this space! This room is still a work in progress! You’re just seeing the “done” side of it today! I have a couple furniture pieces to update, but for now I’m just enjoying having a space to work in and that allows me to share my passions with you here on the blog! I hope this post brought you a little inspo and a little holiday cheer to your scroll today!! Thanks for stopping by the blog today, and as always, thank you so much for following along…
Wow! I love the Christmas bedroom! The heirloom quilt and candy cane garland may be my favorite details! So pretty, Britt!
Thank you Stacey! It was a fun space to decorate and the kids love having a little red in our Christmas decor! 🙂
